To make coordinating cottage visits a little easier, we've created a shared calendar where family members can add upcoming visits, gatherings, projects, and other cottage-related events.
The calendar is intended to help everyone stay informed and see what may be happening at the cottage. It's simply a shared place to communicate plans, events, projects, and visits so family members can stay connected and coordinate more easily.
Click Add Your Visit.
Complete the short form.
Enter your name (or the name of the event).
Select your approximate arrival and departure dates and times.
Add any notes that may be helpful for family members.
Click Submit.
Once submitted, your visit or event will automatically appear on the Cottage Calendar.
Examples include:
Cottage visits
Weekend stays
Day trips
Family gatherings
BBQs and cookouts
Fishing trips
Maintenance projects
Pier installation or removal
Boat work
Holiday celebrations
If it's something family members may want to know about, it probably belongs on the calendar.
Times do not need to be exact.
The calendar is intended to provide a general idea of who may be around and what may be happening at the cottage.
If plans change, that's completely normal.
If your plans change, simply submit an updated event or reach out to Emma/Maya if you need help making a change.
No. The calendar is simply a shared communication tool for family members to keep one another informed.

The calendar usually updates within a few moments. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, try refreshing the page.
Yes! If you'd like, you can subscribe to the Cottage Calendar from Google Calendar and have events appear alongside your own personal calendar. You can also simply check this website anytime to see the most up-to-date information and upcoming events.
